Great to drop-in to the Corn Exchange last night for the Cambridgeshire Army Cadet Force fundraiser for their forthcoming expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro.
14 cadets will be visiting Kilimanjaro orphanage before making the climb over six days.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the cadets and illustrates the incredible opportunities that the Army Cadets can offer. For some of the cadets this is the first time they will ever have been abroad.
Congratulations to Lesley, Colin, Jay and all the team for their efforts in delivering this. The value added by dedicated support from Army Cadet Officers, Instructors and volunteers often goes unnoticed and without them the ACF wouldn’t be able to offer the opportunities it does.
