It was fantastic to be able to visit Kimbolton Cricket Club this August bank holiday weekend to attend their 175th anniversary celebrations with a match against the Marylebone Cricket Club, perhaps better known as the MCC.
A great afternoon and a fantastic club with a hugely welcoming atmosphere. Having opened their refurbished clubhouse earlier this year and with a thriving junior setup across the age ranges the club is busy every weekend.
My thanks to James, George and Rory for the invitation and for hosting us. It’s always a pleasure to visit.
