Finally got myself down to Rookery Waters for a fantastic weekend brunch. It’s easy to see why it comes so highly recommended.
They use locally sourced ingredients and are open every day from 7am.
I can absolutely vouch for the Rookery Brunch Burger which I can only describe as a Sausage and Egg McMuffin on steroids! The Hot Honey Halloumi is a great vegetarian choice too.
The cafe won the award for Huntingdonshire’s best breakfast in 2023, so if you’re looking for a morning out I wholeheartedly recommend it.
