It was great to meet one of my constituents in Westminster recently. Sean Nightingale is a Speak Out Leader for Voiceability.
Sean came to Westminster as part of The Care and Support Alliance’s ‘Show Us You Care’ parliamentary event, allowing people with lived experience of adult social care have been speaking to the Government about the reality of the system.
Sean contacted me ahead of his visit and asked if I could attend. It was really important to hear about his experiences and offer my support to him and those with similar experience.
