The continued encroachment of the new development at the eastern edge of the Parish in BBSRC field threatens to see the villages absorbed into St.Ives. As your MP I will support calls to ensure that the remaining gap between the two is maintained with no more development within it.
Houghton and Wyton has a unique character within the constituency and one that we must strive to protect. It is vital that the village remains independent of St.Ives, preserving our green spaces for everyone.
